I paid them for one year,they never sent me an invoice or contract,they did nothing to get my owed money back just a few emails to say that they were on the case!!When my latest credit card came the bastards had taken the money again for this year.
I am now having to try and recover it back via the credit card company. Please I beg you do not get involved.

Make sure if you already made the mistake of using them that you give them two weeks notice to cancel way before the year is up and check with your debit/credit card company that there is no setup auto payment to them.
